Preyanka Kanda

Preyanka is a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Jose, CA. As a first generation citizen and college student, Preyanka was unsure of what career path to pursue. So when she was accepted to the University of California, Berkeley for academic resilience, she picked an interdisciplinary field and majored in Sociology. Post-graduation she had the urge to be in a more creative field and realized that she was very passionate about the beauty industry. While her family and friends were skeptical about the field, Preyanka listened to her heart and took a chance to do something she loves. She relocated to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her career as a freelancing makeup artist.

Preyanka received professional training and her Multimedia Make-up Artistry certificate from Make-Up Designory. Her goal is to provide clients with an extraordinary experience through her compassion, creativity, and professionalism. Preyanka truly believes makeup can serve as a medium to promote confidence and unity. She looks forward to freelancing in the bridal industry.
